Scala Network believes in inspiring women leaders to find success on their own terms. That’s been our aim since 2010, when Christina Greenberg first launched a series of innovative training programs for women that combine practical skills development with inspirational mentors and networking opportunities.

Find Success on YOUR Terms

We believe that every woman can find success in their career by being authentic and true to what makes them happy, And to find it, we need to focus on our professional development from the inside out. We bring together leaders who have already found their meaningful path, and provide inspiration, support and knowledge to those who seek it.

WHAT MAKES US UNIQUE

Leadership Development Programs for Women

The Take the Lead series of leadership development programs has helped hundreds of women find knowledge, support and inspiration to own their career journey. Our programs connect participants with coaches & mentors who have already found happiness and success in their careers. They lead in their industry, live with balance and wellness and want to share their experiences with you. We provide the ecosystem to build meaningful connections with each other.

We’ve grown the Scala Network to include leadership development programs and events that meet the diverse needs of women leaders at all levels – to build early self-confidence, comfort in team leadership, elevate executive leadership skills and a new community for women entrepreneurs.

Virtual Learning: Programs Now Offered Online

While our new virtual learning opportunities have expanded our network, we will always stay true to our mission: helping like-minded women build meaningful connections that support them on their journey to find authentic career happiness.

What makes us unique?

We believe in achieving success on your own terms, according to YOUR needs.

  • Maybe this isn’t the right time for you to take a step up the ladder; maybe you’re exactly where you want to be. We’ll help you develop your leadership skills to be the best version of yourself.

We develop leaders from the inside out.

  • We believe that good leaders lead from a place of inner strength. We help you identify and enhance these strengths, so you can bring your authentic self to everything you do.

We foster long-term relationships.

  • All our program graduates can stay connected to the Scala Community with exclusive learning and networking events designed for past participants.

We grow and innovate.

  • Since March 2020, we have launched a new training program (Finding Your Voice), a series of free lunch-hour events with experts from a variety of fields (Scala Connects), our newest community (Scala Entrepreneurs) and there is more to come in January 2022.

We give back.

  • In each of our programs, we hold one spot for a woman in career transition and one for a woman new to Canada. We help them connect with other like-minded women and we see the difference these relationships make.
