Overcoming Gender Bias

We know organizations with diverse leadership teams have more supportive cultures, and also have greater success and profitability.  So why is bias still an issue?  Why aren’t companies creating environments that embrace and welcome differences?  Join us for this session where we will explore ways to disrupt denial at the top and begin an open dialogue to create awareness of inequality and discrimination, and find ways to understand and overcome barriers.
