Program Overview

Session 1: Program Introduction

Meet and network with other participants and our mentors. See the ‘roadmap to get most out of this hands-on learning experience.

Session 2: Finding Your Voice as a Leader

Discover and find language for the unique strengths that will help you motivate others and gain influence. Practice strategies to speak up in meetings and present your ideas, establish open communication and manage conflicts.

Session 3: Personal branding: Establishing your professional identity

Actively creating your personal brand and professional identity will contribute to your success at all stages of your career. Learn the strategic principles of personal branding and how to avoid the most common mistake. Find tools to be effective and take advantage of opportunities to optimize your profile and reflect your unique personal brand.

Session 4: Setting Yourself Up to Be Resilient

Becoming a new leader can often feel both exhilarating and overwhelming and you may take on more than you can reasonably handle. Building skills and good habits that help you to prioritize, tap into the experience of others and deepen your self-awareness will build resilience for you and your team.

In this session, we will discuss important building blocks that will create a strong and sustainable foundation for your leadership journey.

Session 5: Building Your Leadership Toolbox

Reflect on your learning and create a powerful vision for yourself as a leader and set intentions for what you will accomplish. Tap into additional insights and learning from our Mentors.
