Program Overview

Session 1: Program Introduction

Meet and network with other participants and our mentors.

Session 2: Transitioning from Star Performer to Team Leader

Discuss team motivation, have crucial conversations, manage stress, and build resilience. Take away concrete ideas and new approaches. Learn to become a supportive and empathetic coach to be rewarded with a highly motivated and engaged team,

Session 3: The Shift to Leader as Coach

Together we will address the coach approach. You will learn to engage your team and gained confidence and credibility to have a productive coaching conversations.

Session 4: Boosting Your Leadership Effectiveness

Explore coaching frameworks to enhance your effectiveness as a team leader.

Session 4: Coaching Session to Refine Your Personal Values System

Refine your personal values system and priorities in a 1-on-1 coaching session with a certified Pursuit Values coach.

Session 5: Creating a Feedback Culture

Builds trust and engagement in your team. Explore core principles of the Situation, Behaviour and Impact (SBI) feedback model and get practical with targeted hands-on exercises. 

Session 6: Building Your Leadership Toolbox

You and your fellow participants, together with our mentors, will identify topics that you want to explore further, both individually and as a group. An opportunity to delve into ideas and inquiries, ensuring that everyone derives maximum value from the conversation.

Session 7: Setting Your Path for Team Leadership

The final session allows you to set intentions and goals, and share next steps in developing your skills You can tap into additional insights and learning from our mentors.
