Core Sessions:

Choose Your Mindset, Gain Perspective

​In this interactive workshop, your team will explore how mindset, values, attitudes, and beliefs shape perspectives and influence the stories they tell themselves and others. This session emphasizes the power of diverse perspectives and highlights the importance of understanding how each person experiences situations differently. By developing this skill, your team will be equipped to connect more deeply, inspire others, and lead with greater impact.

Leading with Your Values

Many leaders adopt a different persona at work than at home, creating a gap that can undermine trust and business results. This session helps your team align their leadership approach with their personal values to foster consistency and authenticity. Through a 30- minute online values assessment, participants will uncover their unique value system and learn how it affects decision-making and leadership. By gaining clarity on their core values, team members will build stronger relationships, collaborate more effectively, and enhance team trust and accountability. An individual coaching session can be added for a more personalized experience.

Emotional Intelligence: The Key to Effective Leadership

Emotional intelligence (EQ) is a cornerstone of effective leadership. Leaders with high EQ can assess situations through multiple lenses, promoting better camaraderie and trust within the team. In this session, participants will learn how to enhance their emotional intelligence to manage emotions during conflicts, handle stressful situations, and build lasting relationships. The workshop will also help them identify personal triggers and patterns, ensuring more empathetic and effective leadership. An individual emotional intelligence assessment and a team coaching debrief session can be added for a more personalized experience.

Christina is a dedicated coach focused on developing authentic leaders, helping them build strengths, gain confidence, and achieve work-life balance. As an advocate for women leaders, she founded Scala Network in 2010 to tackle career challenges they face. With extensive experience as Vice-President of Education and Professional Development at the Canadian Marketing Association, teaching experience in event planning and marketing, she is also certified in Emotional Intelligence and Applied Positive Psychology. At home, she and her husband nurture their two daughters to be confident young women.

With 20 years of extensive corporate experience, and a decade of coaching practice in diverse industries, Jane brings a wealth of practical knowledge and expertise to her coaching. A sought-after speaker and facilitator, she serves as an executive coach for the MBA program at Queen’s University and a consultant for the Queen’s Executive Leadership Program.
