How will you tap into your personal style and core strengths to reach your potential as a leader?

In the Leadership Development program, you will gain awareness of your current attitudes and strengths, and learn techniques that will help you to grow as a leader.

Our mentors are the first to acknowledge setbacks and challenges in navigating their own roads to success. In this program they share anecdotes and experiences, provide real life perspective, and create a connectedness that deepens during the program. You will hear from each of the mentors to exchange ideas, share challenges that keep you up at night and learn new techniques to solve problems.

This is for you if:

  • Your role is at a Manager level or above
  • You want to develop your leadership skills to better serve your career goals
  • You want to benefit from the knowledge of successful women leaders
  • You want to build authentic connections with your peers and group mentors to help advance your career

You will:

  • Learn a powerful framework that illustrates the different ways you can lead
  • Gain greater grounding and confidence in your unique combination of leadership strengths
  • Generate insights on your personal emotional intelligence strengths and gaps with an emotional intelligence assessment and a personal coaching debrief.
  • Explore the neuroscience of emotions and the science of emotional intelligence.
  • Discover a powerfully simple model for learning emotional intelligence that will elevate your influence and effectiveness.
  • Learn how to manage conflict situations and identify patterns and triggers that either drive or derail your performance.
  • Develop your goals and the steps needed to accomplish them
  • Co-create a plan with other leaders on how you can support each other in ongoing fulfillment and success
