Leadership Development Programs for Women
The Take the Lead series of leadership development programs has helped hundreds of women find knowledge, support and inspiration to own their career journey. Our programs connect participants with coaches & mentors who have already found happiness and success in their careers. They lead in their industry, live with balance and wellness and want to share their experiences with you. We provide the ecosystem to build meaningful connections with each other.
We’ve grown the Scala Network to include leadership development programs and events that meet the diverse needs of women leaders at all levels – to build early self-confidence, comfort in team leadership, elevate executive leadership skills and a new community for women entrepreneurs.
Virtual Learning: Programs Now Offered Online
While our new virtual learning opportunities have expanded our network, we will always stay true to our mission: helping like-minded women build meaningful connections that support them on their journey to find authentic career happiness.
