I found the Scala Network experience to be an amazing opportunity. I loved that it was interactive vs. just sitting and listening to a presentation.  The activities throughout the program were engaging and encouraged some really good dialogue.

Christina and the mentors were so authentic and candid about their experience navigating their own individual paths to success as women; it was really refreshing to hear their stories. I was also able to learn more about my own personal leadership style and learn techniques on how I’m able to better develop as a leader, as I progress throughout my career.

One significant takeaway from the course was the ability to establish meaningful connections with some amazing and successful women that I can carry with me throughout my career.

If anyone is considering participating in a Scala program, I can tell you that it’s an incredible opportunity to meet and learn from a number of amazing women in similar leadership roles, across industries. It’ll also provide you with the opportunity to seek open and honest advice from an inspiring group of mentors.

The course is by no means “standard”.  It incorporates some really great, unique activities that help you uncover a lot about yourself as a leader. The environment is also very intimate and gives you the opportunity to really take advantage of all the course and mentors have to offer.
