Leadership development program participants get to meet with successful women leaders and benefit from their years of experience. Mentors come from all industries and verticals and all believe in supporting the Scala brand of success – defined by you, for your own personal situation – and building leaders from the inside out.
As a Scala Mentor, you will network with your peers and have opportunities to connect with emerging leaders and entrepreneurs. You can attend mentor-only events and sessions designed to enhance your Scala Network experience.

Be matched with a Coach for personal support
If you have attended any of our Take the Lead leadership programs, our Coaching Program is the perfect add-on for continued learning and development.
- We begin with a consultation to understand your unique needs and goals.
- We then identify two to three coaches from our pool of experienced experts who we believe will help you to achieve the results you want.
- You will conduct a brief interview with these selected coaches, and choose the coach with the best mutual fit.
- You will work with your coach to develop the approach and pace of your sessions that are best suited to your goals and personal schedule.
