Scala Participant: Sheila Murray

We spoke to past participants, mentors, and partners to find out what made their Scala experience special to them.  This message was sent in from Sheila Murray, AVP, Corporate & Marketing Communications at LoyaltyOne, who is a past participant from our Take the Lead: Leadership Mindset program.

I was provided the opportunity to participate in Christina’s Leadership Mindset program in 2018, and was very impressed with the structure of the program and the experience itself.

Christina puts great thought into her selection of mentors, topics and coaches. As a result, the experience I took away was rich with new perspectives. She and her team facilitated open dialogue and positive group dynamics with ease and expertise.

And the best part of the entire program was the dynamic that occurred within the wonderful cohort of intelligent, successful women executives. It was one of trust and empathy; we learned new skills and aptitudes together, in a safe and open environment.
